Sessions can be created any time of day, rain or shine, because we bring the equipment, expertise, and creative direction to make your athlete or entire team look their absolute best.
Whether you are looking for team and individual photos with professional green screen composites or high energy Media Day style hype images, our goal is simple: to deliver powerful, polished portraits that athletes are proud to show off and parents love to display. Team & Individual Photo Session Pricing
Team Session Pricing:
Team session fees include a complimentary team banner up to six feet in length. Sponsor logos or names may be added at no additional charge as long as guidelines are followed for the logo requirements. If a team chooses not to receive a banner, a complimentary print package will be given to the head coach.
2026 Sports Team Session Fees
• Sessions within 50 miles of my home studio: $300 session fee If your session is 51 to 79 miles from my home studio : $25 travel fee will be added. Beyond 80 miles? Please message me for a quote.
• Sessions that take place in the 46140 zip code receive $25 off the session fee
• Teams that come to my home studio receive $50 off the session fee
• Shipping fee of $20 required if banners and individual orders are shipped directly to you. No fee for studio pickup.

Media Day Sessions
Media Day Sessions are an optional add on that allow for a more creative and relaxed experience. These sessions may include fog, smoke, color gels, multiple poses, action shots, and dramatic lighting. Because of the added creativity and variety, media day sessions require additional time and planning.
• Add on to a same day team sports session: $50 per player with a minimum of 8 players
• Scheduled on a separate date: Pricing starts at $65 per player with a minimum of 10 players.
If media day session is further than 50 miles from my home studio, travel fees are applied the same as above.

Team Referral Reward Program
Current and past clients may participate in the referral reward program by giving a new team your unique referral code. A $25 referral reward is earned for each new team that books using the code once the new team’s photo session is scheduled and the full session fee has been received.
Guidelines for referral reward program
• Referral code must be entered when filling out the booking form and cannot be added later
• Only one referral reward may be issued per new team
• Referral rewards may be applied to future session fees or products only
• Referral rewards expire one year from the date they are earned
• Referral rewards are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to past orders
• Expiration reminders are not provided and expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
