1. Standard Hourly Photography Rate for Events

Event Coverage: $300/hour
• Two-hour minimum
• Designed for candid, on-location event photography without studio backdrop or off-camera lighting
• All images included with basic color correction and usage rights

Step and Repeat or Backdrop Setup: starting at $450/hour
• Two-hour minimum
• Step and repeat backdrop must be provided, or I can bring a solid 5x7 backdrop
• All images included with basic color correction and usage rights

Optional Add-On:
• Second photographer: $150/hour (two-hour minimum) for additional coverage

Note: This service is not for headshot photography. Images receive basic color correction only and are not individually retouched. Intended for events such as conferences, award ceremonies, company parties, and publicity events.

2. Portrait Photography (Corporate Headshots)

Small Teams: $750 (up to two hours)
• Up to 10 subjects
• One fully retouched headshot per person
• Additional retouched images: $25 each
• Additional subjects: $95 per person
• Average pace: 2 to 3 minutes per person
• One group photo included at no additional cost
• Includes print and commercial usage rights

Medium Teams: $1800 (up to 3 hours)
• Up to 25 subjects
• One fully retouched headshot per person
• Additional subjects: $95 per person
• Average pace: 2 to 3 minutes per person
• One group photo included at no additional cost
• Includes print and commercial usage rights

Large Team Half-Day: $3500 (up to four hours)
• Up to 50 subjects
• One fully retouched headshot per person
• Additional retouched images: $25 each
• Additional subjects: $95 per person
• Average pace: 2 to 3 minutes per person
• One group photo included at no additional cost
• Includes print and commercial usage rights

Large Team Full Day: $5200 (up to eight hours)
• Up to 100 subjects
• One fully retouched headshot per person
• Additional retouched images: $25 each
• Additional subjects quoted as needed
• Average pace: 2 to 3 minutes per person
• One group photo included at no additional cost
• Includes print and commercial usage rights

3. Architectural Interior/Exterior Photography

• Starting at $450 per home or building

Note: Drone stills or aerial video are not currently offered. FAA licensing is planned for 2026.

4. Commercial Location Lifestyle Photography

Lifestyle sessions focus on telling the story of your business through authentic, real-life imagery. Rather than posed headshots, these sessions capture your team working, interacting, and engaging with clients or your environment.

These images are commonly used for websites, social media, branding, and promotional materials, helping potential clients connect with your business in a more natural and relatable way.

Half-Day Production (up to 4 hours): $1950
Full-Day Production (up to 8 hours): $3500

• Includes commercial usage and print rights
• Full gallery of professionally edited images delivered
• Lighting equipment available as needed at no additional cost

Optional Add-Ons:
• On-site corporate headshots (backdrop and lighting): $650 for up to 10 subjects
• One retouched image per person
• $65 per additional person (up to 25)

• Second photographer available (rate based on time and scope)

Follow-up lifestyle session for the same company/location can be booked at a discounted rate if scheduled within 90 days of the initial session.
